Private Pool and Spa/Grill
Relax in your own private pool. Or melt the stress of the day away in the spa. The intimate setting is perfect for children or adults that want to cool off in the privacy if this pool/spa combination. The remote control of the cover and heating system is user-friendly and easily accessible. The bluetooth sound system can be used to connect to your favorite music source. There is also an outdoor grill with easy access to the kitchen
Gourmet Kitchen
Welcome to your own gourmet kitchen ! This fully-stocked kitchen is ready for an intimate dinner for two, or feeding a hungry group of 30+. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils. It has an oversized refrigerator and an ice machine. It is also equipped with TWO dishwashers so turnaround time is a breeze. There is even an extra refrigerator in the garage.
Sleeping Quarters
When we say it sleeps 32 we mean there are real beds for 32 people. There are 5 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 California king beds) with en suite bathrooms. There is a sixth bedroom with a queen Murphy bed. There are two large bunk-rooms with 8 twin-over-full beds in each bunk room.
Game Room
Our living/game room on the second floor has a 75 in 4k television, a standup arcade game with 60 games, and an indoor shuffleboard table. Families and groups will spend fun-filled hours enjoying the games in the second floor game room
Sun Deck
Enjoy the open air and privacy of our third floor sun deck. This 300+ square foot sun deck has deck furniture, a Bluetooth sound system, an outdoor fireplace, and open view of the vast St George sky
Theater Room
The third floor of the house has an enclosed theater room with a 85" 8K television. The sound system and inputs for the television are easily controlled for use of your own game consoles... or simply use our XBox or PS5.
Lagoon Toys
The garage is stocked with toys and equipment for a fun day at the lagoon. There are beach chairs, paddle boards, pool toys and equipment.
Poker/Game Room
Poker, Blackjack, card games, board games or puzzles ! All are welcome in the third floor poker/game room
Additional Amenities
Bring you electric vehicle ! The garage is wired for charging electric vehicles.
There is an additional refrigerator in the garage so large groups can be accommodated for food.
